Are you ready to step into a leadership role? We are looking for a motivated Branch Supervisor to inspire, motivate and lead our team to success! As a Branch Supervisor, you will be involved in the daily operations of the branch, ensuring it runs efficiently and profitably whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will supervise a team of Tyre Technicians and support staff, monitor stock levels, and maintain a safe and productive working environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire, motivate and supervise a team to deliver outstanding performance every day
• Work closely the Branch manager you will insure smooth day-to-day operations, including assisting with job scheduling, stock control and equipment maintenance
• Drive sales, maintain and ensure high standards of customer service within the depot, addressing queries and addressing issues quickly
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and UK Health & Safety Regulations
• Take charge of office duties such as answering phone calls, pricing tyres, managing breakdown details and booking jobs (full training is provided!)
• Step in as needed to carry out tyre fitting, wheel balancing, and alignment duties

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• No management experience needed! We are also welcoming applicants from a tyre background looking to take the next step in their career!
• Leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team
• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication
• Knowledge of tyre fitting, wheel alignment, and balancing (at least 2 years experience)
• Strong organisational and time management skills and a focus on high standards
