We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join our team. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring it runs efficiently and profitability whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of Tyre Technicians and support and train staff, manage stock levels, and maintain a safe and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire, motivate and manage a team to deliver outstanding performance
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including job scheduling, stock control and equipment maintenance
• Drive sales, maintain and ensure high standards of customer service within the depot, addressing queries and addressing issues promptly
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and UK Health & Safety Regulations
• Monitor budgets, control costs and strive to achieve depot performance targets
• Provide regular updates on depot to senior management

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 2 years Management Experience, preferably in the automative or tyre fitting industry
• A proven ability to Lead and Motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Customer Service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Commercial Awareness to understand budgets, stock control and operational performance metrics
• Excellent Time Management and Problem-Solving Abilities
